Earl Grey Green

An edgier take on a classic. The characteristic “Earl Grey” flavor comes from the strange green citrus bergamot. In this rendition, all-natural bergamot oil is layered onto the tightly-rolled leaves of a green gunpowder tea. The pleasant bitterness and smokiness of the gunpowder green cut the floral feeling of bergamot for a really interesting and complex cup.
